Application Form- Updated version for 2021
A person who wishes to be considered for appointment to judicial office may request a form to be issued to them in hard copy format.
Such requests should be made in writing to:

When requesting an application form to be issued, please state your full name, telephone number, correspondence address and the relevant jurisdiction you wish to apply for.

Please note that a valid tax clearance certificate (SIPO) and statutory declaration should accompany your application form.
